    Phil is the man!!! all he needs is wider shoulders ( side delts ) and a lil more back thickness! - and he will be untouchable for a loooooooong time :)

    well high intensity means just trying you hardest and going to the point to where you want to cry because it burns so much and you should always be doin that cause thats whats gonna get you the most results

    that's quite a surprise. Maybe weights aren't all you need but testing has proved them to be more effective abdominal builders than purely calisthenics . I use them myself and have a pretty good 6 pack

    Arnold won Mr. O 7x, Ronnie won 8x. You tell me who is the Michael Jordan.

  • @quietatse
    @quietatse 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Sure, Arnie probably had the best Chest and Biceps going at his Era, so much that he managed to win even with his chicken legs. Ronnie is more complete, no weaknesses.

  • @TheShale187

    unless one is genetically gifted with the muscular development for a 6pack losing belly fat doesn't grant one a 6 pack. it's been proven that heavy training is essential to abdominal growth

    Nike supported bodybuilding once back in the late 90's early 2000's. But dropped out because they didnt want to be link to supporting athletes who used drugs. Kevin was the only one.

    most bodybuilders care about the results they get from building their muscles. when you'r a bodybuilder you have to put you're ego to the side, and focus getting good contractions rather then trying to lift as much weight as possible. a good example is kai greene, he uses a method with weight that is less than impressive but he heavily focuses on mind musce connection... these are bodybuilders not powerlifters.

  • @OzzyFan232
    @OzzyFan232 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    yes he was on the juice. I don't know if you've read up on HGH but its just about a miracle drug. and his legs were not small. they were slightly lacking. and seriously why don't you go watch pumping iron and see what kind of leg press they use in those days:P

    true but when he was training with dorian kai was doing alot wrong plus if you looked at his other videos not all of them is good form he does care bout the weight

  • @quietatse
    @quietatse 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Arnie was on juice as well, but that didn't help his legs as they were still small (nothing to do with steroids, size or HGH, but more to do with GENETICS). Ronnie is complete, no weaknesses, the size was only a bonus.

    no way synthol brother, i know what u mean and why u assumed due to its blurriness.. but remember its offseason look !! if he had synthol in them, they would be dispropotionate and during dieting, u will be able to tell and wont be able to the lines and the striated horse shoe..

    Cool story bro. Now go watch him squat 585 for 20 and bust an eye vessel while prepping for a contest. And figure out how he got to the point where he's at now. I'll give you a hint: he lifted heavy as shit.

  • @steroidsischeating
    @steroidsischeating 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    With out steroids they would never look like that, doesn't matter how much you train or eat. Yeah their not cheating in com but they lie about taking them which is not good for the really young guys who are just getting into weight training. They should be honest that's all i'm saying

  • @OzzyFan232

  • @nawdik
    @nawdik 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Kai benches 500 for reps, squats 585 for reps, and overhead presses 315 for sets of 10+. You go heavy on compounds. Period. Please retire that stupid "this is a bodybuilder not a powerlifter" bullshit.

  • @rachelm.6937

    Hey there, have you heard about "Musclegion" (google it)? On their website you can watch a nice free video demonstrating the best way to pack on notable lean muscle really fast. It made it easier for James to break through his muscle building plateau and thus build chiseled muscle with no fat super fast. It might help you out also...

  • @nawdik
    @nawdik 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Have seen the vid 50 times. It's the cliche vid everyone links now when pushing this "mind muscle connection" shit. Isolation work = all MMC. People go to heavy on curls and shit. I'll be the first to admit that. Compounds you need to move some weight and add weight to the bar though and the best guys are strong as shit as well. Take your elitism elsewhere please.
