Thanks, Baron. Awesome video. Ive been cementing Zr crowns on my custom Ti truabutments using rmgi and a microbrush handle as the holder and the brush as the hole clogging preventer. This looks way easier!

thanks for the video ! However I don't get how do you avoid cement going into the screw hole?
    Regards from France =)

As the crown slides on, all excess slides out the margin. Cement goes at the top of the chimney, on the outside. NOT on top.

cementing the Ti Base and the crown without a model, I do not think, despite my respect for you Baron, wise. The crown on the Ti-base has some horizontal mobility and that's why I use 100% cementation on the printed model with the analog placed in it

I respect your opinion, but I disagree. After many hundreds of these with this approach, I've had excellent results. And I'm among a large list of long time CEREC users (Mike Skramsted being just one) that have done it this way since the initial release of the Sirona style TiBase. Additional, horizontal mobility would be the result of your manufacturing tolerances. In the one shown in the video, my cement gap is 0.07mm. I'm other words, very intimate with no discernable wag.
But at the end of the day, it's nice to have so many options to meet each of our preferences.

I just added a link to the video description. Thought I included that when I posted. My apologies. Thanks for the note.
