I was diagnosed with Bipolar at age 43. I just turned 65 (feel 35!) and have a good handle on my ups and downs. Quit drinking FINALLY at age 62 after being a total wine geek and averaging three glasses most days. During the lockdown I started drinking waaaaaay too much and experienced horrific anxiety followed by debilitating depression. NOT putting the toxic poison of booze in my system has been incredibly helpful. SO much better for our brains! Your raw and real Bipolar video was a gift to so many. I'm a new Subscriber! Sober almost 3 1/2 years and never going back. Thank you for all your authenticity. SO important!!🩷⭐️🥰
I don't drink very often, and was never a huge drinker, but I had a few nights in my youth where I was thankful for friends getting me home or into a taxi safely.
What a fun video Jacy, I love the dabbles and babbles series!! Can't really say much about this topic as I can't drink yet, but still found it interesting! P.S I love your makeup in this video!!
I am almost 26 years old and I am almost 26 years sober (from being drunk… I tasted alcohol before though…) 🙃 Also, congrats on being 6 months sober, Jacy! I know it benefited your body in some magnitude even though you said you weren’t a heavy drinker in the first place!
Hearing all your stories reminded me of when I was living in Korea years ago and had soju that was mixed with jungle juice! Had two cups and that is all I remembered lol. Since then, I only drink socially and by socially, I mean I only have one drink all night! Great Vlog!! 😊
wet the rim of the glass with lemon normally.. thats what you do for margaritas anyway....i guess you could use what ever liquid you're making the mocktail with to wet it i guess? I'm not much of a drinker either, i will have a drink with other people but i don't really drink much on my own...i've got wine in the fridge that's been in the fridge for over a year lol
i ended up using an orange slice I had for another drink! lesson learned lol. Haha I so relate to keeping wine on hand, but at least it's only getting better the longer you wait!

Yes! It's definitely a testament to how safe you feel around your friends to even get to that point. Grateful for them 🙏

Haha well take my drunken storytimes to heart and drink in moderation, cuz those hangovers are no joke 😂 thanks Emilia!
ACV gives bite to moctails and added health benefits. Only 1 tbsp is needed per cup
…could add a little cayenne pepper…hhmmmm…❤

Omg love this mindset, 26-year streak of no hangovers for you, thats a big win in itself haha. Thanks so much!

hahahaha that sounds dangerous... yet intriguing lol. Sometimes it only takes those rough few nights of drinking to realize one drink is just enough!
