I have the same kind of stencil for reballing the boards (peel-off kind) and I can’t get all the paste to stick to the board instead of the stencil. You make it look so easy
Thank you so much for putting out all these amazing videos out. I have learned a lot and still learning, please don’t stop. Suggestion - you could create beginner friendly playlists where you explain some techniques and concepts in iPhone repairs. Thanks
Love that you did all the work just for it to have no WiFi. Realistic lol. Hope you leave a comment when you figure it out. Curious if it was just the sandwich
@@VCCBoardRepairs Agree, but when board is long like 12 series most of the time is bend a bit at the ends and with IAtlas you can press board to fix that.
@@VCCBoardRepairs yea i should've put time stamps i meant using a magnetic ppt spreader won't really matter much when using those board holders to reball the middle layer
Why are you having to reball sandwich boards? Did I miss that? I’ve kind of been out of the industry for about a year, but I’m opening a store in 2 months. I want to start practicing soldering again.
What did you learn from watching this video? Let me know below 👇👇👇
Cool 🎉 which microscope are you using exactly?
I dont understand why you wouldnt melt the solder balls while the stencil is still attached?
It literally tells you not to on the stencil.
It will warp and give you a bad reball
I'm using a Parco Microscope
Damn Thanks. I havnt used mine yet, I better read first!@@VCCBoardRepairs

For those kind of boards you need to use IAtlas tool, and press board and no problems..
Yes, but not necessary

@@VCCBoardRepairs anytime I have learned so much from a lot of your videos and continue to learn and develop my skills.
tbf the magnets in those setups aren't close or strong enough to make much of difference when reballing
but using an aluminum is always better
In regards to what?

Nice video Jesse!
I really like those foam swabs, unfortunately can’t find them available over here and through Amazon they are quite expensive…
Ah that sucks!
