Such an amazing place to paddle. I used to spend all my time on the top of those mountains... for the last few years I've been more frequently paddling the ponds and streams below them. Seeing the park from my canoe has given me a whole new perspective and appreciation for the ADKs. Btw... that shot at 10:05...... loved it.

Great video! I was lucky enough to move to the High Peaks area over the summer, and I’ve been using your book a lot super helpful!

So great! Boreas is a place everyone should see! Was up in Adirondacks today visiting a friend at Brandreth Lake!! Beautiful country, great ponds and views! So lucky to be spending a day there! Thx JCW! Thx Jonathan for living the whole area not just the mountains!!❤️

Sweet! I hope that we see more paddling videos in the future. I started as a 46er. I bought a Kevlar Swift pack boat last year. Now, my trips up there are canoe camping.

Jonathan - my husband and I knew your mom back at WOLBI. It's awesome to watch her son in his adventures~! Great content, beautiful shots paired with the perfect music. Very professional~! Happy paddling~! 😊

You'll be shocked how many people will be paddling there late September, nobody goes there now because of mosquitoes, ticks and heat ... best time April-May & September-October

@jonathanzaharek were you able to drive into this lake? If not, how far is the carry in?

where there any designated campsites out on the shores of the lake? or just the lean-to towards the parking area?

Is this recent? Wildfires have been making things really hazy lately.
