The video "Fake Mage" is probably the build you are looking for as it has high intelligence to spam skills. I probably need to make an updated version but I would say you want a higher level version of that.
Hello, I'm new in the game and I got some problems. It seems that I can't obtain exp whenever I go through Pisniaky, Silverkeep, or even the slime area... Is this a bug on my end or do those places really don't offer any exp at all?
There is two possible problem. 1. Your character level is 10 levels or more higher than the level of the area. For example, if the area level is 25-30 and I am level 40, I won't get xp but if I am level 33, I will. 2. It is a bug. In which case either contact support or avoid those areas.

Can you help me please? I'm a level 115 archer I can easily go through meadow but there this one dude with swords and lightning and it takes me really long to beat him (I have to fight him almost all the way back to start point)
In my opinion, the answer depends on why your doing meadows. If your doing that area to farm resources or gain xp then I would stop doing meadows and use another area. You could bait him into doing his lighting and then run past him. Otherwise I suggest trying to improve damage output. The reason why is because that lighting guy will come up again and again in the areas after meadows so you can't avoid him. As an archer, you lucky as you don't have to be near his lighting to hit.
Thank you I reset my skill tree and switched out my stamina gems with strength ones and it helped. But do you know anywhere good for farming gems since I want to get all my gems to legendary.

Your English is good, I understand. I don't use gear score to decide which item is better. I look at what stats each weapon has and what stats I want to improve. I also look to see if the weapon has alot of yellow stats or not. That's what you should use to decide.

It depends on a few things: 1. Warlord Helmet's additional stats are -mobility and -critical rate. This means when you use it, these stats will go down. If you enchanted Warlord Helmet to +20 and upgraded it to level 140 then the amount of mobility and critical rate you loose increased. This is normal and other unique items have - stats so be careful. 2. You also have to take into account the helmet you had before Warlord Helmet. If it had different stats, like controll power or critical severity for example, then these stats would go down. Also, if your old helmet had a stat the was higher then the new Warlord Helmet, then again the stat would go down. So I don't think it's a bug. Hope I've helped.

I think the Samurai set is a set you should use no matter what class you are. This is because endgame is about getting block rate and critical rate to 100% and getting you strength stats as high as possible. This set helps with that. Interms of Mage specific items, idk. Partly because I think most items are good when combined well with other items and partly because I simply don't play mage often enough.

It costs a Lot of gold and I wondered If i should Just use the new items i geht dropped. The Problem is Just that I have all my Armor pieces enchantet to Like Level 6-8.
Yellow stats=high stats. It is completely random how many a piece of armour has unless it's a unique item (items with a golden border around them) which has only yellow stats. Ideally, you want to use equipment with as many yellow stats as possible. At your current level, using items you find is good as you just need to focus on levelling up. Some of my videos explain the stats you should aim to improve. Hope this answer helps.
Sadly, apart from buying unique chests and doing every level on fatal difficulty, there's not much you can do to increase the drop rate. I've heard that Temple of Fire and Dark Thickets drop the set alot so you could try those places.
You don't need everything to be balanced. As you are an archer, I would focus on collecting Dexterity (the green stuff), block rate and then move on to critical rate, critical severity and strength. As you level up you will get more points to use. As you get better equipment and become higher level, you will also think about resetting your skill tree anyway. At elmort and (I think) Hill Town, there is a guy who sells a scroll for 10,000 crystals that allows you to reset your skill tree. If you want further help, you should take a look at my Darkrise Builds series as in every video, I show the passive skill tree and explain why I did it like that.
Slime fields on fatal is still a good area. If you can do meadows, that's also good for crystals. Otherwise, just do the highest level area you can complete comfortably.

I am not aware of any area dropping more gems than any other. All I can say is do maps on fatal.
