I'm just discovering my singing voice after having tension on my voice pretty much all my life. I barely had any sound as a kid singing. Recently I started to sing along a lot more with songs and just really try to hit as many notes in a relaxed way, so as she said at the end, I mostly go to a head voice instead of a belt. But I'm actually really happy I do get notes out at all and I have more power than ever before. I'm hoping to really learn the difference between a belt and a falsetto/chest sound though. Maybe I will take singing lessons one day.
@@dannielopfull mainly by moving my diaphragm while breathing in so that I have enough support and also not pushing too much air out while singing. And I try to not force any notes or any singing when I feel there's tension. It's hard sometimes, I'm not there yet. But I believe it just takes time and practice. There's a lot of exercises that you can find on TH-cam. Look up Cheryl Porter.
hi i always get nervous and scared when my family is around and im singing me when parents around voice not too loud scared to sing nervous will stop if someone walks around my room me when my parents not around alone or with my brother i sound great can hit high notes more confident not that scared anymore but always alert if someone comes homee but i am comfortable singing with my frieds cos they are also great singers and they know me and i trust them i dont know but i will sing infront of them if they asked me too
I was doing the last one all the time, and I thought I was not good at high notes, but then just few days ago my teacher taught me how to sing high the correct way, and now I can sing those high parts too😁 I wish I saw this video earlier 😘❤

lol! Nothing wrong with them, but the Major Pentatonic is one of the most natural scales for the human ear. Google 'Bobby McFerrin teaches the Major Pentatonic'
Nicola Milan for sure! Just when you mentioned how people slur up to a note. I always do that when signing leading tones, like I blur the notes when it’s a semitone apart. If you have any tips on keeping on pitch in a video that would be awesome: thanks for reply!
