I'm married to Dale Q from Trinidad for 37 years and he said he knew that he had to do the cooking. It works for us! I have my strong suits and can cook when I want. The difference is that he loves the kitchen and i love cleaning and so does he. It works for us! Divorce not an option! People get stuck in these crazy roles that society places upon them. Break free and create your own harmony!

Slightly different but sorta similar to Colombian eggs where my mom & her family are from Colombia the way they cook eggs is to use green onions but you can use white onions if you sauté them first but green onions for the convenience and also uses tomatoes with salt & pepper. These eggs are so dang delicious so much better then plain eggs..

The farmer omelet is definitely a Nigerian thing. My mom puts red onions, white onions, garlic, and peppers
Slightly different but sorta similar to Colombian eggs where my mom & her family are from Colombia the way they cook eggs is to use green onions but you can use white onions if you sauté them first but green onions for the convenience and also uses tomatoes with salt & pepper.
These eggs are so dang delicious so much better then plain eggs..
