This is one of my favourite levels in the entire game. The soundtrack, the level design, the objectives (minus the dark story mission) are fun to do as well. This one level is what inspired me to write my own story based in a tron like world similar to this

@@elgoblinocoolio4378 Sure I don’t mind sharing. Basically I created my own comic book series which I’m hoping will become an anime one day called Chaos Man. Mad Matrix inspired me to write an arc based in a digital world with four towers like the ones in the game all ruled by it’s kings. The plot for it is that people are mysteriously disappearing through time and space to the digital world and are forced by the AI controlling the digital world to choose which of the four kingdoms to join and fight for. The four kings have to battle each other until only one remained. The winning tower gets to escape the digital world alive. It was originally meant to be part of the main story but I instead made it into a spin-off/epilogue of the main series (Chaos Man) I could go into more detail but I don’t wanna make this comment too long. Fun facts: 1. This is the true mission of this stage. Cos in the last story, team Chaotix sent Shadow a message from Eggman's grandfather. This message is the data team Chaotix needed, cos it contained information of how to defeat the Black Arms AND the truth about Shadow's past. 2.This is the only time Team Chaotix fought Eggman HIMSELF. Cos Vector doesn't appears in the cutscenes before and after the Egg Dealer boss of Cosmic Fall, and in Sonic Heroes they helped the REAL Eggman, so they fought an metal doppleganger of Sonic or Eggman. Of course, not Metal Sonic, cos he was facing Sonic.
I don't think Nintendo viewers would like that very much, since spyware, malware, or any kind of form of harmful software are full of viruses. I think Eggman would've been better off creating a file of his own for world domination, not a file where he keeps all his anger, failure, and shame built into it. Besides if Eggman doesn't have any respect for the Internet, then he shouldn't be a Nintendo villain at all. Just a 35 year old baldy, peach-fuzzed, hot-headed, revenge-obsessed, hedgehog destroying, junk food eating, morbidly obese, while also giving his henchmen orders kind of villain, rather than being the type of person who never seems to understand the definition of the word, "fun", since cooking up some revenge plots based on destroying Sonic the Hedgehog somewhat seems like "fun" to him.
