During Ramadan the Rest of Family prepares Breakfast and the menstruating Women can sleep and rest. supplications is called Dua and this you can do anytime and anywhere you want,except when you are sitting on the Toilett. Alot of People think we dont speak to God at all during Period and thats not true.
