they gave you a headache. you don't create a half working system and then force people to use it, even if they can't. if this was a possibility at all then they should never have enforced migration with deleting accounts. That is equivalent to rolling a dice and deleting random accounts at will.

I'm in a similar boat with Mojang refusing to help me migrate, my account also being so old that I use my username to login. In fact, if the comments section tells anything, I’m sure that there are als countless other players who registered their accounts in the legacy account period who simply can't transition due to technical reasons like you who aren't being heard simply because they never had the platform to voice this. I too was diligent in trying to transition my account from the day Mojang accounts were introduced (yes to those reading, there was an account type before both Mojang and Microsoft accounts) but even after an endless amount of ticket creation and all the time I spent trying to migrate long before the deletion deadline was announced, and despite having all the other information they asked for, Mojang support refused to help because I didn't have the ID or access to the email. So here I am today, having just recently bargained once again with them for the last time, helplessly watching my old account with all the capes I acquired over the long period I played Minecraft getting deleted. :( It's not even that people haven't been seeing the warnings, we have, it's some people just legitimately cannot transition and Mojang support refuses to help or do anything about it. Anyhow, thank you again rekrap for sharing your story and thanks to everyone who read all of this! I really hope that Mojang will hear and do something about this. You should try asking an employee if the names for non-migrated accounts will become available after the deadline. Even if you can’t get the actual account back you might be able to rename your parkertwo account if the name becomes available.
Very likely name scalpers will be running scripts once non-migrated accounts start getting deleted. So there's basically a 0% chance of getting your name back. Even more so if you're a youtuber and publicly mentioned you are going to lose that username.
Man it sucks so bad that this has been such a hassle. I know its a fairly unique scenario but it's wild that they don't have any way to like sort this or help out with it, or at least haven't so far. I really hope they'll be able to sort something in the next three days, or at LEAST release the username so you can reuse it. Because as far as I know, they're not released usernames of the soon-to-be deleted accounts? Which is really unfortunate Best of luck though

@@kaishedan37it's not the name that's special, it's the account. There's certain memories and sentimental values that are attached to that account. Not ultimately valuable in terms of money or use. It's all sentimental value.

For example, you may have bought passes on certain servers, have data and progress, and can also view your account age on the Minecraft website (last I checked). Unfortunately, all of that data is connected to the account's UUID, and not the username, so changing your name back to the old one won't do anything to get that stuff back. Capes are also tied to accounts, so if you lose your (no longer obtainable) mincon capes, there's no way to get it back. Also, people will 100% try to snipe his account's name as soon as it's available, so he likely will lose his gamertag.

When I contacted support, I couldnt get help because I didn't have the purchase details since it was so far back. Was quite sad but definitely a great learning experience and a wake up call on how cruel everything is.

I’ve had similar problems in the past with migrating, hope you can find your account again man, it’s got a lot of history on it!
there are records of minecraft going out of their way to help people in special cases (getting a 2 letter name back, or one of the players who owned over 100 accounts being able to migrate them from legacy to mojang with special help), so maybe if mojang sees this they might make an exception, although i highly doubt it

Actually you could start class action lawsuit where a bunch of people were affected by this one problem where no longer to access their account under the same terms that they could and it has been known for migration to be hard and burdensome on the customer so it's going to be expected that people who just don't want to deal with it are going to lose their account but that's not their fault they bought the game assuming that they wouldn't have to deal with any of that and the deal was that you logged in with a password and a username you can play the game but now you can't
If it doesn’t work out, you could consider contacting some username snipers because in 3 days all account that aren’t unmigrated, they are completely deleted. You could buy a new account and try resniping your username as soon as they are deleted on a new account(this Tuesday 11:00 est) . Hope it works out well
I wouldnt trust User snipers as it's a shady business and is only being supported on mutual trust Of course there are user snipers that work for the greater good but User sniping is against the eula and could get you in more trouble than it's worth I really doubt that he could get it without help from profs or stealing the user as i bet a bunch of people are gonna try to get that user

I think mojang should just keep the system, and force any new players into the new system. Locking people out of a service they paid for is not exactly great, as there are many people who left the Minecraft community temporarily and will inevitably come back to a unplayable Minecraft launcher.
I recently had my discord hacked and since then I couldn't get it back, it's nearly been a month since then and I can feel the pain of losing an account with so much history and memories on it. I am sorry that you had to deal with Mojang terminating your paid Microsoft account.

Good luck getting your account back but in my opinion it doesn't really matter your still going to be a great youtuber no matter what your Minecraft username is.
I had the same issue that you have now, and it was awful. I had a legacy account, but back in 2016 I couldn't log onto my account anymore for whatever reason, sent Mojang an email and they couldn't help me, the account wasn't my email, but my dad's email. Could not find the transaction ID at all, but the bank had the transaction ID, got my account back after 5months of talking to Mojang... I really hope you can get your account back, considering you have a pretty good following with proof of you owning that account, hopefully you can get it.

The fact you even got employees to help you is already insane when I remember distinctly that on migration Issues I had I only got bot responses back and forth literally asking me for login data, actual IRL infromation about myself and so on. Glad they at least seem to have fixed that part cause jesus christ it felt like a fricking scam half the time. But yea, I hope your issue gets resolved, this is just sad if it doesnt. The fact we as users have to deal with such nonsense to begin with is insanity in on itself.

Ggs on getting you account back something similar happened to me but a couple things idrk you said only in 2011 could two accounts be connected to one email but I accidentally did it like a couple years ago while making my brothers account but his account migrated and mine wasn’t and said I couldn’t migrate mine because an account connected to this email is already migrated so the only way I could play for awhile was on clients (such as lunar and badlion) until eventually that stopped working and I don’t remember how I did it but I messed around for a while and found a way to connect my account to a new email and migrate from there

one time I almost lost my roblox account (kinda cringe) because I somehow forgot the password. it took me like 2 days until I found out that there wasn't a email connected to it, which was odd since I did have my main email on it, so I kept on trying and somehow found the email sent to my email saying i've connected my email to the account, which was enough evidence to help me get my account back, hope this event happens to you as well rekrap, your account is important to you and I can see what your going through, so good luck man.
I am in literally the exact same situation with my 11 year old MC account, but instead I was using my dad's work email for my account. That email was deleted when he changed jobs a while ago. This means I have no way to verify with Mojang that it was actually my acount. To continue playing was forced to shell out another $30 for a new account. Luckily I was able to change the username of my old account to something different, which after I had to wait a month for it to be available again to get in onto my new account. Its nice that you got your account back, I was not so fortunate. I, and I am sure many others, deserve to have their money back.
a similar situation happened to me. I've now lost my original account because I had both forgotten the security questions and the email address on the account was my dad's and he had since lost access to that email. I'd been through about the same few on and off emails with mojang support for about the same four years length of time. I was asked to give bank statements and of course those were deleted after five years In my case and the account was just about just as old as the one talked about In this video. I sit here tonight helpless as I await the 19th to arrive to lose access to my original minecraft account forever. It's unfair, but there's nothing I can do about It...
i lost my old account as well but back when i was like 15, when i had the account since i was 12. didn't have it as long as you (i think) but i've been there, it still hurt to me. luckily i got another one which is the one i have now. hopefully you can recover yours before it's too late

I think mojang should just keep the system, and force any new players into the new system. Locking people out of a service they paid for is not exactly great, as there are many people who left the Minecraft community temporarily and will inevitably come back to a unplayable Minecraft launcher.
I recently had my discord hacked and since then I couldn't get it back, it's nearly been a month since then and I can feel the pain of losing an account with so much history and memories on it. I am sorry that you had to deal with Mojang terminating your paid Microsoft account.

Good luck getting your account back but in my opinion it doesn't really matter your still going to be a great youtuber no matter what your Minecraft username is.
I had the same issue that you have now, and it was awful. I had a legacy account, but back in 2016 I couldn't log onto my account anymore for whatever reason, sent Mojang an email and they couldn't help me, the account wasn't my email, but my dad's email. Could not find the transaction ID at all, but the bank had the transaction ID, got my account back after 5months of talking to Mojang...
I really hope you can get your account back, considering you have a pretty good following with proof of you owning that account, hopefully you can get it.

The fact you even got employees to help you is already insane when I remember distinctly that on migration Issues I had I only got bot responses back and forth literally asking me for login data, actual IRL infromation about myself and so on. Glad they at least seem to have fixed that part cause jesus christ it felt like a fricking scam half the time.
But yea, I hope your issue gets resolved, this is just sad if it doesnt. The fact we as users have to deal with such nonsense to begin with is insanity in on itself.

I am also going to lose a 10-12 year old account because it was lost and hacked when Mojang did that first migration years ago so itll be lost forever as I cannot access it at all.

Ggs on getting you account back something similar happened to me but a couple things idrk you said only in 2011 could two accounts be connected to one email but I accidentally did it like a couple years ago while making my brothers account but his account migrated and mine wasn’t and said I couldn’t migrate mine because an account connected to this email is already migrated so the only way I could play for awhile was on clients (such as lunar and badlion) until eventually that stopped working and I don’t remember how I did it but I messed around for a while and found a way to connect my account to a new email and migrate from there

i lost my 12 year old minecraft account 3 years ago and i was never able to get it back. Good job on gettings yours back though!
one time I almost lost my roblox account (kinda cringe) because I somehow forgot the password. it took me like 2 days until I found out that there wasn't a email connected to it, which was odd since I did have my main email on it, so I kept on trying and somehow found the email sent to my email saying i've connected my email to the account, which was enough evidence to help me get my account back, hope this event happens to you as well rekrap, your account is important to you and I can see what your going through, so good luck man.

I am in literally the exact same situation with my 11 year old MC account, but instead I was using my dad's work email for my account. That email was deleted when he changed jobs a while ago. This means I have no way to verify with Mojang that it was actually my acount.
To continue playing was forced to shell out another $30 for a new account.
Luckily I was able to change the username of my old account to something different, which after I had to wait a month for it to be available again to get in onto my new account.
Its nice that you got your account back, I was not so fortunate. I, and I am sure many others, deserve to have their money back.

a similar situation happened to me. I've now lost my original account because I had both forgotten the security questions and the email address on the account was my dad's and he had since lost access to that email. I'd been through about the same few on and off emails with mojang support for about the same four years length of time. I was asked to give bank statements and of course those were deleted after five years In my case and the account was just about just as old as the one talked about In this video. I sit here tonight helpless as I await the 19th to arrive to lose access to my original minecraft account forever. It's unfair, but there's nothing I can do about It...

i lost my old account as well but back when i was like 15, when i had the account since i was 12. didn't have it as long as you (i think) but i've been there, it still hurt to me. luckily i got another one which is the one i have now. hopefully you can recover yours before it's too late
