The practice really showed how talking slower with pauses instead of filler words can make you seem more confident in what you’re talking about even if it was gibberish 😅

Yes, in formal settings it can give off the wrong vibe, but like, especially when used as a casual filler, is an important linguistic tool evolved to fill a culture's need in fast paced communication environments. You tend to speak quickly and have a good tempo to your content, and the way you engage with filler words is a part of that. It is neither right nor wrong to use them, but it also should not be seen as something that needs fixing or changing.

3:30 yes dude, 100% I do that too, I say "like" and "um" a lot and to me, it might make me feel more personable, but overall, I think that it's generally better to attempt to remove those words from my vocabulary. Just overall. It's also something that I've been trying to work on though, I'm not a content creator, but just as a person, I think it will give the impression that you are more well-spoken or confident. I know some people who are like that definitely give off good vibes, and they seem like the type of people I'd want to be around.
i had the habit of saying "like" as a filler word and whenever i did my grandma would start interrupting me and made me conscious about it- really annoying but worked well

He had fire resistance. The projectiles do nothing but set you on fire (no damage or anything) so fire res just completely negates it.
