Sabse starting mein jab IHC nahi hui toh psma krwaya tha and uptake aayi thi SUV 36 ki and uske baad fdg krwaya usmein uptake aayi SUV 13 ki post radiotherapy and chemotherapy 3 cycles of carboplatin and etoposide.
Next time ke liye kaunsa scan krwana sahi rhega FDG ya PSMA?

Usually no. PET scan is not useful for blood clots, vessel thinning etc

मेरे पिताजी का अभी ऑपरेशन हुआ है जेजुनम स्ट्रक्चर का जिसमे उन्होंने छोटी आंत्त को पूरा निकाल दिया है अब डॉक्टर का कहना है कि इनको लिंफोमा की दिकत है जिसके लिए pt scen करवाना पड़ेगा मै आप से ये जानना चाहता हूं कि उनका पेट सीटी स्कैन ऑपरेशन के कितने दिन बाद करवाया जाए क्यू की जब उनका नॉर्मल सीटी abdomen करवाया था तो उन को कन्ट्रास दिया गया था जिस की वजह से उन्हें बोहत दिन तक वोमेटिंग हुई थी ऑपरेशन में तो कोई दिक्कत नहीं आ जाएगी ?????

My father has liver tumour but his biopsy was 2 times negative in,, jawaharlal Nehru cancer hospital ,
But in PET -CT his tumour confirmed as cancer, but it doesn't spread in another organ..... So why biopsy is negative and pet CT showing having cancer....?????

It is new and experimental therapy. Good disease control can be gotten in some patients (not all). It is difficult to say "cure" because it is brand new and experimental treatment.
