    This is misleading, I know for a fact that the Tzol'kin skulls are harvested from tiny aliens. :)
    Love these videos, so many of my favorites are from CGE, great to see where it all comes from.

    not an iron mold, it would be steel, aluminum, or an alloy depending greatly on how much production you want to get out of the thing and your budget. the 'connection tubes' are sprues.

    I love CGE games, they are very well made, my only question to CGE is why their games never have inserts?
    I always have to make my own insert form cardboard which is a fun project to do, but a manufactured plastic insert would be convenient.

    Unfotunate that only 30% of connection tubes can be reused. 70% is pure waste? I hope you transition to re-wood as much as possible
