re the Newcastle Diet - I have PCOS and have struggled with my weight all my life - Reading Professor Taylors book really helped me understand what was going on and I lost the weight and I have kept it off as has a friend who did it with me . Professor Taylor does say that you must not go back to what you did previously and you must weigh yourself regularly - I put weight on really easily but I compensate for the 'party days' and it has worked - all of that said can't wait to get your new book !!!!!

Mum died a few years back. We had both power of attorneys and she had a will. She also had a funeral plan and had left instructions. It was so helpful whilst we were grieving

I'm glad more healthy people are buying gluten free nowadays, because the higher demand is making gluten free foods more profitable for companies to produce, which means it's also becoming more available to those who really need it. And it means that more time and money can be spent on research to improve its taste and texture.
The same is true for lactose free dairy in the west, and for vegan products in general. Without the wide demand, those who really need them would have a much more difficult time.
