Shouldn't that 4 role for cromwell to hit hetzer at the start have been a hit in v3. Moved changes to hit from 4 to 5. Then AT gun rules which is +1 to a 4?

AT gun rule only applies on a fire order or ambush, it does not apply on moving!If you stand still and fire it’s a 3If you advance it’s a 5
