With the glasses dilemma, there is also the problem of “how will you solve the problem?” It never says that by putting on the glasses that the problems are just solved. There are steps you have to take, and you’re not even sure what those steps are. You just know that it is within your power to solve that problem. There is no promise to what lengths you will have to go in order to solve that problem.
Also with putting the glasses it could totally be a detriment to your mental health, cause even if your a hero if your mind isn’t in a good place what good are you able to do.
I’m pro put the glasses on. I feel like the dreams will benefit you also. You get the see the person who committed the crime in your dream. You get to see what when down.

I would say that if you were to turn the glasses over to someone who was more experienced with dealing with mental strain, and/or a trained professional who is prepared to do whatever they can for the lives of others, It would be better.
