- Dr. C. Sylendra Babu expressed his pleasure to be a part of the 19th edition of the Bridge Event and thanked Mr. Sivakumar, the CEO - ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu profusely for the wonderful opportunity given to be a part of the conference.
Dr. C. Sylendra Babu stated that there are plenty of opportunities available in all the industries but it is the lack of basic employability skills which is a huge barrier for the graduates to be industry ready. He also stated that basic skills such as the communication skill, comprehending skill, innovative thinking, imagination, creativity are lacking and the educational institutions should focus on these skills and produce quality employable students. He also mentioned that right skills, updated information about the subject and the ability to be a continuous learner are the skills expected by the industry.
Dr. C. Sylendra Babu concluded by urging the huge eminent gathering of academicians to enlighten the students about the stiff global competition, and on how to face it in the long run.

Wonderful and inspired speech . In TN colleges , entire education system is not good . Most of top colleges there is no one experienced staff to teach students. Most of college correspondent only focus on money only. Very rare to deliver good education. Then what should I do as a student.?
Self learning boss. Now you have many resources online. Try to get a laptop and have internet connection at home. You can do wonders.

In our country each and every where corruption is spread so first we must control the corruption...suppose if our country will be corruptionless then our technologies and everything will improve automatically...if we are trying for job we are getting so many obstacles at the name of reference...first we should remove the word 'reference ' in each industries...this word only spoiling most of the young talents life
