Is she a doctor? Nurse? How would she know what to give? What type of treatment cream could she prescribe?
@@scout3939 esthetician probs. A dermatologist typically doesn't do extractions. Also they do not teach you how to pop pimples in nursing school lol

She's been trained in dermatological issues and most of the medications he could need are easily obtained in the pharmacy without a prescription.

My back looks like this. It is genetic and simply sitting in a chair is incredibly painful. This guy has a very high pain tolerance. Thank you everyone for your support of this young man. ❤️ it makes me feel better about my condition too.
Maybe bathing with boiled guava leaves mixed with water help

Would putting gauze and taping that on help so it doesn't rub so bad against your shirt help? Maybe with Neosporin?

Bo’s skin just breaks my heart. The pain must be awful. Those cysts are so big and never ending it seems. I’m grateful that Thuy is so kind and gentle.

@@zukosmom3780 when you pop pimples the skin is inflamed and capillaries are damaged because of the infection and aforementioned inflammation. The damaged capillaries are what makes pimples and infected cysts bleed like no tomorrow and take forever to clot. You want to remove the cyst sac, the black head, or just the general pus and solid matter from a skin infection?? Guess what!! It's gonna bleed! And widening the hole so less pressure is needed and the big chunks can come out is the best way to handle it. Less pain for the client (by that I mean less and gentler squeezing, of course it's still going to hurt), and it's actually BETTER to make a slightly larger incision than to cause further bruising and potentially cause the infection to pop the wrong way into the body, potentially causing sepsis. That actually happened to one of my exes and he lost a leg and had a heart attack when the infection spread to his heart. He very nearly lost his life.
I wonder if he is watching his own videos so he can see the difference and how good it is looking. Hang in there Bo, You can make it, I had back acne just like this too, and it does hurt but it will get better, have to get the bad stuff out, We are all here for you!
yes he did watch his own clip. The Mom said that at the end of the video. Thuy do send all the clips to the customer after the treatment.

This isn’t regular acne. This is cystic acne. Blackheads can quickly turn into Cyst like sores that are not only very painful, but can start to break down the collagen in the surrounding skin. The core needs to come out, otherwise will keep growing.
I feel like so utterly sorry for this guy. This is obviously so painful for him to endure, but Thuy is so gentle with him.
I can’t understand the language, but can understand the compassion and encouragement in her voice with this young man. His deep breathing is a good way to help him through this. May a squeeze ball or something like that, even a Rubix cube to distract him. My heart goes out to both the young man for his pain and Thuy for caring so much.
Thuy tell him to hang in there, she wants to help him .. she knows its very painful.. she asked him if wants to take a break? His mom was there telling him hanging in there.
Hien at Hien Van Spa gives them a hug pillow to help! I consider her a master as well; she & Thuy are my two favorites ☺️♥️
I'm not sure if he's over 18, but a stiff shot of Jack Daniels or some other good hooch might help ease the pain a bit.
I was wondering why the breathing seemed so heavy. I thought it was her getting overheated due to wearing the mask.

It is hard to “enjoy” these pops knowing the boy is in so much pain even though you can tell Thuy is being extra gentle and careful.
🌺But it’s not hard to find compassion for the young man. The best is yet to come for him on the other side of that pain. I plan to stick around and wait....🌺

Very good going after the old already popped zits to completely empty them. You are gentle knowing how much this type of acne can hurt. You didn’t make a bloody mess of it and it could have been. Good camera work too.

Totally agree, Clayton. I used to get acne like this as a teen (not as bad, though) and it was painful to even have a shirt on. She’s doing the absolute best she can given what this young man has to deal with.

It takes a lot to endure this, whether it is facial or back acne. I am passionate about dermathology ( not in the profession, just pure interest) and I think I read that "bacne" can be pretty hard to clear bc the back is typically an area not exposed to fresh air, and, prone to perspiration. That's why his postules look flat, infected but dried up in parts, yet with pockets of fluids. This gentleman has a long way of treatment, and a hormonal imbalance to be fixed, for sure.

They are all so much less inflamed when he's not on Thuys table he must already be feeling relief at home. Stay strong Bo you are a courageous young man and I know it Mother is proud of you.
If she could help Hung as well as she did, she can help this client. She's thorough and compassionate and seems to be able to educate these guys well.

Well my comment on the last video saying Thuy does a good job blew up so now I'm looking for the haters who said she was a butcher -- look at this improvement already! I'm happy for Bo that he's on his way to better skin.
She does a great job,plus I'm so proud of Bo (who I've never met) for having the courage to seek help for his condition.
At first I thought Thuy was inept as well. The butcher comment makes me laugh now. Thuy is better than almost every other skin care youtuber, maybe even better than Enilsa, the gold standard!
It is just the Karen's of the world who think their uninformed and myopic opinions are facts and should be listen to as if they know anything about the patient or process.

Just glad this young man is in the hands of Thuy. She is so compassionate and gentle, yet she does what needs to be done to help her clients. However, she does it at THEIR speed and gives them the time they need so they won’t give up on treatment.

Hang in there Bo!! I had face and body acne and had to have these procedures in my teens and early twenties. I eventually figured out a prescription regimen that works for me. It gets better!
A good prescription regime would probably really help him also including antibiotics at this stage

@@thankheavenforseveneleven5522 She gav3 him some tiny breaks when there was pain. She also rubbed the area when it was very painful to disseminate the pain. She also spoke loads of encouragement. She also ended ot early (or maybe it was a break).

I didn’t truly realize how lucky I was until I started watching these videos. I used to get acne sporadically-just one or two zits. I would treat them with Clearasil and within a week, two at the most, they’d be gone. Now I get facials every two weeks to keep my skin clean. I can’t even imagine what this feels like. The patience it takes to endure these treatment in the hope that it solves the problem is amazing.

Thank you so much for removing the black heads, and fluid from the inflamed areas on this person back! They are painful and cannot be removed by the person themselves. So many technicians would have a patient with inflamed acne like this and won't satisfy we the viewers by removing them on their videos but you did! You gave us satisfaction giving this man relief! Thank you !
I feel so heart sorry for this young man. What some people have to endure on a daily basis makes me very humble. My grandson got medication from a specialist which dried up all his pores. I wonder if theres any kind of medication he can take. It cured my grandsons acne up and it has never come back.

When I had back pimples, it was more painful the farther the pops were distanced from the spine. The further she got away from the backbone, the more I winced. Very brave patient.

Мыться нужно чаще, вся спина в чёрных точках, говорит о том что кожа сальная была, и все забивалось. Мылся бы чаще, и протирал бы кожу подсушивающими средствами, чтоб меньше кожного сала было. Так же подсушивать её на солнце, или сходить в солярий
