The videos on my You Tube channel portray some of the typical day-to-day things that I do for relaxation. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Stress is harmful to your well-being and in today's fast-passed world, stress management is important, and so I hope this ASMR video in some way acts as a stress-reliever for those watching, as well as a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time going to sleep.

I've been trying to quit smoking marijuana for about a year now but always went back to it because of the effects withdrawal has on my sleep. Your videos are great for just chilling back and relaxing and they're really helping me get everything off my mind before bed 😊

People would probably disagree and say America's team are the Cowboys, but honestly, wherever i travel, there are more dedicated bars to the Packers in almost every city I've been to, plus I've seen more of their jerseys worn than others... But i am biased since the Packers are the home team
I live in Seahawks territory and out of Cowboys and Packers, I see more Packers than Cowboys.
Outside of our home team, I tend to see other NFC teams than I do any AFC, besides maybe the Broncos.

But I could never call them America's team because Art Rooney said no when NFL films offered to brand them with that name back then. However, with six consecutive AFC Central crowns, eight straight years of playoff appearances and four Super Bowl championships, the Steelers were labeled the “Team of the Decade” for the 1970s and I fully agree!
