Yeah it's 3x3 square piece of Linoleum from a local carpentry shope on top of Jigsaw Mats from Amazon. Hope this helps 👊

How to organize the trainings to have time to try and explore all this go downs to creatre my own things and not take time to powermove, footworks, physical trainings... this is too much information! I will go crazy. Thx anyway hahha
