Railway Valley. Strangely addictive wee game available at railwayvalley.c...
Use your mouse to change the switches to get the trains "home".
Using your digger to destroy trees, ponds and especially buildings, to make way for railway, causes you fines. Repairing earthquakes costs money.
Earthquakes, floods and crumbled lines come along every so often for you to repair. Watch out for trains exiting stations as one is about to enter!
I haven't tried for a "hi-score", just a "no-crash". For a hi-score, use less track, and try to avoid destroying "nature and buildings".

I don't get it, where are you supposed to be guiding the trains TO? They just keep coming in from every building on the map. Where's "home"?

You match the freight with the location where the freight is supposed to go. It's all pretty logical.
Timber trucks go to the sawmill to make lumber.
Coaches go to the residential area to populate the area.
Iron ore trucks go to the steel mill to make steel.
Vans with rubber go to the tire factory to make tires for cars.
Crude oil tankers go to the petrochemical plant to make useful organic materials.
Trucks with electronic parts go to the electronics and computer factory to make electronics and computers.
