What a great video! I've been building up Herbivore Island on Single Player and I'm tired of clearing brontos that crash into my base from the above cliffs. Every other post or video I've seen wear out the same exact base building spots. But this video was perfect with a great amount of variety.
TH-camrs begging for subs and telling to smash or smack that like button make me not do those things. Just make a great video. No fluff or begging. The subs will come.

Great video. Most suggested base locations I've seen in 1 video so far. I'm playing Ark Survival Evolved on Switch, since I have no way of playing Ascended, sadly. Have you checked out the island south of the red wood forest, in the swamp? I started my base there, but being on console with no mod options, I've had some issues with building what I wanted to build, so I'll look at your suggested locations. Yes, I know they might vary a bit with Evolved vs Ascended, but gave me some ideas. But that location I just mentioned, I'm curious if anyone else has considered it and if so, what did they end up building there?
This may be dumb my friend but I'm a new ark player I'm on ps5 I know you on PC. But with a controller how do you give your dinos commands like attack or follow. And your videos has been very helpful
Hold O for the radial menu. In ASE we could also hold L1 and tap up to command "attack this target" but i havent tried on PS5 yet because i barely have tames. only on like day 10 or something.
Some people, like me, have serious crash issues when that is turned on. The Devs need to work on issues like that and Dino’s still falling through the floor.

On single player i go herb island is a great place for late game breeding spot when you mote focused on breeding and tames and less on resources

On xbox there's a radial menu for whistles you access by holding down one of the buttons.

hold l1 and press down on dpad, it will whistle you tames to wherever your aiming

I used to do my pve bases in the hidden lake but now deinosuchus spawn there lmao
My graphics look horrible there’s no sun and the clouds are yellow what should I do ?

When you always play with console commands, your top ten makes sense. Otherwise.. where’s the metal, crystal and obsidian??
