Rei: Fall~ There's so much good food available in the fall! Claire: Fall. Whether you prefer playing sports or reading, the milder temperatures make life in general more comfortable. Your best subject? Rei: I never really was all that great at my studies but, if I had to say... Japanese? Claire: Oh? There isn't really a subject that I find difficult. Cultural studies, magic, etiquette, I excel at all of them! What sport are you the best at? Rei: Absolutely none of them. Expecting an otaku like me to be good at anything physically demanding is just flawed. Claire: Dance. In high society, dance is a core part of cultural education, and it's also used as a form of communication at social gatherings. What do you like about yourself? Rei: Honestly, not a lot. But well, if I had to give an answer, this body's pretty good at magic and that's pretty convenient. Claire: Everything! And I mean, if there was something about myself that I saw as a flaw, all that I'd need to do is correct that. What do you like to do when you have time off? Rei: I'd maybe share some tea with Lene. She's another maid here, like me. Ah! Normally I'm basically inseparable from Claire-sama though~! Claire: I enjoy studying, socializing, things like that. It's not very different from what I'd do on a regular day. If you could meet anybody, who would it be? Rei: Well, I was able to meet the person I wanted to the most so... My parents from the world where I was born. Claire: My moth- ... No, my apologies. Hm, well, I'd be really happy to get a chance to talk to Sein-sama! What's your morning routine? Rei: I wake up early, get dressed, go to wake Claire-sama, help her with her morning preparations, and then breakfast. Claire: After I wake up, I get dressed, wash and brush, comb and fix my hair, then it's time for breakfast. Do you believe in ghosts? Rei: I didn't, but I mean, undead actually do just exist in this world, so! Claire: O-O-Of course not! The undead are not ghosts! There is no way ghosts exist! What do you do if you can't fall asleep? Rei: I warm some milk. Most of the time that'll do the trick. Claire: I ask Lene to make me some hot chocolate!
@vhgcv I think it's mostly about the perspective you're coming from. For example for things like the World Cup and the Olympics you'I think they want stable and consistent sunny weather. Of course there's other stuff involved, but consistent sunny weather is associated with summer. For people just casually enjoying sports with their friends, I think it makes sense that Claire would say that the cooler temperatures in fall are better. That's my guess anyway.
