Love that Hemsworth has been able to successfully branch out beyond his MCU role. He's proven many times over now he is more than capable of being the next big action star.
Tbh out of Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr i thought that Hemsworth would not be able to get much higher in terms of success despite his extremely good looks, a great actor need to be versatile. But I was wrong he really is doing great things after MCU. The others on the other hand are not doing so well. I means Evans only had one great performance and it's was in defending Jacob other than that he is nothing doing much same goes for downy.
Yaz is actually in the first movie as part of Nik's team, but you don't notice him much. When I rewatched, I liked that. He's in the room when Tyler is beginning the mission toward the beginning and he's in the helicopter at the end.
He also starred in Mosul (also on Netflix), which he is absolutely fantastic in. There have been talks/rumours of a spin-off focusing on Nik and Yaz, which I would love.
I absolutely loved this movie and raved so much that all my friends have watched it too. That 21-minute oner is ridiculous. And Golshifteh's train scene, wow. Hemsworth is a worthy successor to Stallone and Arnold!
The whole 21 min oner is something never seen. What i like about Chris Hemsworth is his eyes are literally expressive. He mixed being cold and emotional at the same time. I could sense this epic franchise is next Mission impossible or Jason Bourne. Loved your analysis
At 14:56 , when I first watched this movie and this scene, I heard a snap, thought it was Tyler snapped Davit's fingers, but when I replayed the fight scene of Tyler vs Davit, I saw that 🖖🏻. And I had the same reaction as you guys. That hand split is way worse than snapping someone's fingers

For me, this is one of those rare times, like with T2, where the sequel surpasses the original. Y’all should check out Old Guard at some point - I think you would all love it! The sequel for that one is set to come out next year.
Totally agreed, previous John Wicks were more realistic than the 4th which is a strong reason why it’s much better than a blind guy who can split bullets and pinpoint my exact movements in 2ms speed.

Some people thought that the satellite phone without password is a plot hole. Personally, I wouldn't secure the phone with password. Why would I? You don't want to fumble with passwords during emergencies, it's for everyone to use anyway. Also, no one expected the boy to snitch. The gang thought the kid was smarter than that.
That was almost beyond "John Wick". You guys were hilarious to watch as you simultaneously broke out with "OOOOOOOH" at least 30 times. And yes, men do recognize a handsome man.
You guys would really like Cinemax's Strike Back. I can't vouch for the first season or the later continuation, but seasons 2-5 that star Philip Winchester and Sullivan Stapleton were so much like this... only for four seasons. The guys did most of their own stunts, too, because it was a foreign production without US union rules. Insane show. And insanely good. Way more epic than a serial has any right to be. It had seriously slipped to the back of my mind despite being one of my favorites until watching this gave me such a huge sense of deja vu.

The only small fail is the first pistol shot he fires in the prison that isn't surpressed by the silencer at 13:37 👀🧐 Now we all just wait for a part 3.

When I heard that the Russo brothers (directors of infinity war and endgame) made the 1st and the 2nd extraction movies. I knew these and the 3rd one will be amazing
22 minute one take by the way. And the helicopter landing was real not CGI, they did it 7 times, but ended up using the 4th take because the pilot got so good at it, it didn't look realistic do they needed a bit of swaying
I am going to bet the gnarley boss in the third film will be Arnold Schwarzenegger. He has been doing a couple of promo videos for Extraction II with Hemsworth. Also hope we see a little more of Idris in the next movie.
I absolutely loved this movie. It exceeded my expectations and is, in my opinion, superior to the first. There are so many great high octane sequences and likeable characters to compliment a good story.
Extraction 3: Good news You have to go in and extract John Wick. The good news is you can count on some major league back up from him. The bad news is you are going in to extract John Wick.
