Steve is so entertaining. There is a great dynamic between him and the singer which allows Steve's antics and facial expressions to provide endless entertainment.
Steve is certainly an exclusive. And,, from interviews, is a real, reall down-to-earth guy. Rick, on the otherhand is just as talented and seems like a real person. Wish I could have seen them myself.

While Steve Moore is completely entertaining, only professional drummers can really appreciate how incredibly difficult his antics are to perform. He keeps metronome precision time all the time. Incredible.
I understand what you mean, however he is master, able to be so skillful and make it look natural everyone at every skill level can enjoy his skills. Also, if skill was required to enjoy high level performance, there would be no one to enjoy it.

Nah.. There's planned movements. Like when Ray scratches the symbols in the song "at the hop" while Steve hits himself in the head. That has to be planned.
Like drummer from the who was .its like these types of drummers are on a diffent level .the mathematical and timing skillsets let alone their cordination is awesome to watch.
Every time I watch Steve at work my jaw is on the ground. Incredibly entertaining and, well... incredible.
