I feel like Jazz was kinda sad that the others got colourful, bright dresses.
I know I would have been too. I'm a plus size girl but I don't always wanna dress safe and I'd be upset to see the other girls get fun playful dresses while I'm just handed a plain black dress.

I feel like having the appropriate foundation garments (bras/underwear or shapewear) would drastically change the fit of the gowns and effect how flattering the end result is.

Yes thank you!!!! Its like I get it I know its hard to find good undergarments. I'm plus size and my boobs are DDDs and my budget is like non existent, BUT I make it a priority to find a food fitting bra and shapewear! If you're going to do this do it right!
Diana U where do you get your shapewear from? I’m not plus size and I’m flat chested lol but I feel like anyone and everyone could benefit from looking smooth under clothes..
@@amandaneilson7789 I'm not sure where you live but here in Az there are a lot of mexican swapmeets and they sell alot of different shapewear at good prices like under $20-30. Some I've even found on clearance at Walmart, Target, and jcpenney. If I could share what I do is if I go shopping and I find shapewear I think I love and fit into and I don't have on the type of clothes I like to wear it under (bodycon type dresses and skirts) I find some there at the store to try the shape wear on with. Even if I have no intention of buying the clothes or even if the clothes are something I wouldn't wear I like to test the shapewear before I buy it so I know when I do get dressed up it'll do what I need it to! Hope this helps!

NangFah Kawaii the pink thing was really.... nope. Not good. I am all for different and colourful and taking risks (as well as wearing black black black). Maybe it looked cool in person and up close. But seeing it on the screen it just made me think of sometimes when I used to sew from strange vintage fabrics and had a vision but it turned out SO BAD and just not working at all when it was done
They were horrible. But looking at the stylist I m not surprised
I loved them, except Jazz one. It was too simple.

@@kpax2066 Lol denying your breasts from gravity doesn't prevent sagging, it's been shown that constantly wearing supportive bras or clothing can wear down the breast. It's held up by muscle, if the muscle is never used it's going to get weak and sag. Maybe research the subject before spreading misinformation online.
yeah its pretty and lots of detail, but I feel like its designed for someone who is like a stick-thin model with no chest. I feel like it was pretty in detailing but overall it was not very flattering, it just doesnt do anything great for her, and she has looked great in other things, so if you are paying close to $2000 for a dress, it should make you look BOMB, not just like you are there in a DRESS that looks good, YOU should look good and the dress just helps that.
In other vids it's shown Nina doesn't wear bras like the average female. I have no idea how she's supported at all ever. I hope she does a bra fitting vid.

Yeah, it's the one is be most inclined to buy personally. Sure the price point certainly helps, but I think it's the nicest cut for actually being comfortable *and* flattering.
I preferred her cheap dress too, lovely unusual shade of blue. I don't think I could wear that though - I'm very pale, like 'are you OK?' levels, and I think it might just amplify that!

Nina is a babe the way she is. She's a role model in the body positivity movement and has also talked about her insecurities openly and CHOOSES to accept her body the way it is. It's refreshing to see someone do their best to embrace their insecurities. ❤KEEP IT UP NINA❤

I think Chloe's would have been better if the bow thingy was a different, complimentary color than the dress.

Katelyn Rothwell I found my absolute favorite dress 2 seconds before I gave up trying to find one and then I found it from Macy’s on clearance for 8$ even though I had a 200$ budget I was more happy with my 8$ dress than any more expensive dress

Although I love this series, I'm kind of pissed that Jazzmyn didn't get as Glam or as glittery dresses as the rest of them. She got a plain black, while the others got sparkly, exciting dresses. I think that they should try and get better plus-sized dresses to cater for Jazzmyn

It’s really funny these ladies always just go on Amazon/fast fashion sites for their “projects” when you can literally find things as cheap & arguably nicer at the “dying” department stores.
*every evening gown / formal gown (5 total in the last 9 years) I’ve bought has come from Macy’s/ Boscovs & always below $50.
I’ve also gotten nicer cocktail dresses for weddings at thrift stores.

tip for cheap evening gowns: go to ross or amazon!! I’m in an organization where I frequently wear evening gowns, and i own 7, all from ross or amazon, and about all of them are $30 or less, and comfortable. Some of them aren’t super fancy, but you can find the super fancy ones occasionally

L Bee that is a bummer but honestly the thing that bothered me more than that was the black. 1) it’s definitely not her style; she always goes over the top in expression and style and 2) I hate the words flattering and slimming and that’s all I can think of when I see the color black. I just want to mention that I love that Jazzmyne has her eyebrows back - night that she didn't look good, but that they do affect how one reads expressions on a human face, and I feel she needs ones that stand out more on her skin. Go purple next! But a darker or VERY BOLD purple, please?
If y’all need cute dresses that are not too expensive, go to Lulus. I bought a few dresses from there for events and got a lot of compliments. They do run long though.

Same story in every video. She seems to find it hard to find supportive bras because of her shape. I don't know why they never put her in something more like the dress she looked at and rejected online, with a not-so-low cowl neckline. I think that shape would be great on her.

While I don’t love Chloe’s high end dress (it is cool sure, but not my thing), The closeups of the draping gave me chills. That is some beautiful craftsmanship! It must be so tricky to drape that kind of fabric and the thought and expertise put into it is amazing to watch.

Out of all the (expensive) dresses, I loved the black one the most. Everything about it was beautiful where as the others for me were weird colors and didn't really pop like the black dress did.

A lot of people are hating on Jazzs designer gown, but I thought it was super cute and classic, and like a lot of the things she wears, can be dressed up. I also loved the earrings! Super cute touch!
