I'd never heard about an SOS routine before but this is definitely going to be useful. Thanks for explaining everything so clearly, the fact that you're giving so many concrete examples is really helpful. ♡
Thank you so much for this advice. I struggle with fibromyalgia and mental health issues, including complex PTSD. I have spent the last 10 years recovering and healing after leaving my childhood home. I’m so proud of my progress and resilience, but I often overwhelm myself by trying to do too much. Once you get a drink of that functioning-juice, it’s hard to stop, right? 😉 I do have to face the reality of my limitations though, to continue developing the life I want. Pushing myself with unrealistic expectations will make it 100x harder. Your advice and structured tips will really help me avoid the default pressure overload. Thank you again!!

My joints are horrible etc if be here forever describing 😅 but I have no idea where to start on figuring out if I do have it or If it's something else. Can you give me advice please! And your video just helped me in my mind even more. Thank you so much for reading this! 💕💕🥺
You're welcome! I would start by doing more research on this site: www.ehlers-danlos.com/ and then looking for a knowledgeable doctor in your area to talk to about it.
