- See how a farmhouse is built in 72 days with Pronto Sheet. In this time lapse video (Hindi) lets take a tour of farmhouse design built using prefab house construction method. It’s suitable for constructing small farmhouse, tiny house & container house in a low budget. Pronto sheet is a new building material that enables fast construction with wide architecture flexibility in 2021 India.
This farmhouse design has been built using Pronto Panels and it’s located in Jaipur, India. This construction comprises of two building blocks each measuring approximately 2500 SqFt. Pronto House is built with sloping roof in a two storey farmhouse design. For walls Pronto Cement facing Panels have been used. For Roof pronto sheet metal panel has been used.
Pronto prefab building material enables faster turnaround time. With prefabricated pronto sheet panels, building can be erected in very less time. Pronto panels can be installed with ease by any building fabricator. Architecturally Complex and modern farmhouse design can be easily accomplished using pronto sheet. Architects get lot of design flexibility with pronto sheet.
In a pronto panel building, the plumbing and electrical work can be done in similar way as it’s done in any conventional building. Walls can be painted with texture and paints, use of wallpaper or stone/tile cladding is also possible with pronto cement facing wall panels.

Those who are searching for pricing, what it costs and related queries to that. Let me tell you it's almost similar to the costing of normal conventional method or some charge more too. People who want to go for eco friendly and less of hassle, go for this method. Or else the pricing of this method is almost same.
Why the price is same Cz it's not yet adopted by our Indian community yet, that's why it's on higher side. But maybe after 20-25 years it shall be less.
By the way the strength of the building/ bungalow is if you have seen new Mumbai local trains. The body of that is made up by all that mixture.

it will cost like same or 10% more than the normal construction depends on the sq.ft BUT , its worth it coz the price of the steel increases year by year so it increases the house value than the house build in normal way or incase of demolishing the house and building something big still u can make ur returns from that demolished house by selling thos steel frame for 50% to 75% of its before or new one's price . between u shud re-paint the steel rods used for building once in a while like 7-10 years once to prevent it from rusting and building in steel frame are more stronger and stable at natural hazards time than the building built in normal way. and building the in steel frame reduces the labour wages massively

What are the effects on high speed winds on it or if a car or heavy object collides with these walls , and what are its resistance capacities in case of hurricane,cyclones with high speed winds n dampness during rainy season

No not really, if the whole structure is well insulated then it will work very well as insulation keeps the house warm in winter and cool in summer,in other words it can also help to cut down utility bills as well. Not sure if these guys are insulating the structure.
This is truly a good concept for house constructions BUT you failed to compare the COST of this construction with the usual ways of construction & hence incomplete.

Mera ground floor concrete ka ban chuka hain .abhi 1st floor is panel se bana sakte hai kya?
Since the walls have poly urethane foam I assume air quality inside house will be really bad..though the residents may not realise same.. you need to check VOC content in air..

When PU can go in fridge insulation, when you can sleep on PU, when you paint your house inside walls and furniture with PU paints, then who will bother with this.. ek baar mitti ke ghar me reh ke dekho pata chal jayega zamin aasmaan ka fark hawa me.. don't expect govt to make laws and implement to them sincerely.. aapki jindagi hai you need to gain knowledge keep away from such stuff.

These cost more than a conventional brick and concrete house. You pay extra to save the hassle and you don't have to wait for a year for your house to get ready. I built my hangar this way. It's super convenient.
