Umm well the train isn’t but the route is
train sim world is best train simulation game then the train simulator
what you should usually do is set the throttle up to the max (100%) instead of having the train accelerate very slowly

Why does this train need a seperate power unit to pull it? Why can it not have the same as the rear drivers unit at the back?
