I've suffered with tinnitus for about 2 years. I discovered Dr Bruce Hubbard thru the American Tinnitus Association. After listening to one of his webinars I felt better about my condition almost immediately because I identified with what he was saying. I strongly believe in his knowledge and recommendations concerning tinnitus.

Great presentation! I have suffered from tintinus for 10 years. You need to change your way about thinking about tintinus. Accept and move on. Easy to say but hard to do for people who have comorbities of anxiety and depression.

CBT is not helping Tinnitus, sorry Hubbard you just making big commercial to your self, we need cure not talking. I wasted 3000$ on CBT no help at all just to much talk like you do

It doesn’t help if you only want a cure. There is no cure, so there is no point in demanding this continuously. You can ask for a cure every day in your life, but it will not do a thing. CBT only helps if you are willing to accept the tinnitus. By accepting it, the fighting against tinnitus ends and it will bother you ever less.

There is no cure unfortunately. CBT targets the distress caused by tinnitus..... you can take it or leave it 🤷
