I hope Danielle Harold wins awards. This is bittersweet that it took so long for this actress to have a big storyline. The writing of Emma could of been a bit better.

For someone who has cancer she is fiery. They should have toned it down alittle. She has a lot of energy
actually between chemo rounds people can have normal enerdy and vitality

I cried throughout the whole episode tonight. 😭 Wrote off my car Monday night and the post traumatic stress has caught up with me; I'm lucky to be alive with the impact. 😟

Seeing Danielle Harold and Patsy Kensit acting alongside one another is the perfect demonstration as to why an actress should NEVER have botox! Danielle plays her role superbly, and Patsy just cannot move her face at all to the point where it's distracting from the dialogue.

Lola's mum quite a complicated character. Never agree with leaving a kid behind. However, it shows it's not all just black and white. I do think abandoning her was unacceptable by the way. People do make bad decisions in fear. I hope she can make it right with the short time Lola has left.

Nope they all have a violent streak in them because of how they where brought up. I think Lola will want Jay or her mother to have custody of lexi when she dies because she won’t want her being brought up as a Mitchell

for years lola hasnt had a storyline she has been a spare part in EE. Now they finally give her a good storyline that showcases her fantastic acting abilities only to kill her off!Wasted potential, both the character and actress have so much more to give!

Billy son that he gave up for adoption when he was in his twenties or before that.
If Billy is Lola’s grandad it’s not hard to figure out that his son is Lola’s dad.
Lola’s dad was someone called Dan Pearce. Dan’s mother was Julie Perkins, Billy’s childhood friend and girlfriend from when they were in the same children’s home. She got pregnant and gave birth to Dan when she was still a teenager; he got taken away and put up for adoption afterward. Billy didn’t know that Julie was pregnant with his baby the entire time until they met again at 2010 and she told him. Both Billy and Julie decided to track Dan down only to find out he died from liver failure 3 months earlier and left Lola in care.

Danielle harold deserves to win awards and recognition for this storyline she has truly been phenomenal with the brain tumour storyline the last few month's she has always been a good actress and its a shame its taken a long time for her to get a storyline where she can really shine

People I know say patsy kensit only got to where she is because of her father jimmy kensit being a gangster or something but seriously judging by this I'd say she's got to where she is cause of her acting skills alone

What is the big deal? You have not seen her most of your life and were ok. Why do you need the drama now? What can she possibly say to make her abandonment acceptable? Tell her to get lost and move on with your life, what's left of it. Its not like lola changed her name. She could have found her anytime. She is going to make it up to her. Really....lol

There must be some weird genetic thing with the Mitchell’s, it’s like there’s something in their blood to be abusive but luckily don’t hit their own children. However I still think it’s weird for a mother to leave her infant with someone who did that to her, I’d be scared for myself yes but I’d be even more scared for my baby, ain’t no way I’d leave Lola with a man like that, even if he’d never hurt her before

Just because Emma was abused by Dan it doesn't excuse her walking out of her 3-year-old daughter and leaving her with an abuser.

She apparently didn't walk out. One day Dan threw a boiling kettle over her and she had to stay in hospital, when she came out Lola was gone. I feel for her because it must have been awful but he's been dead for so long, makes you wonder why she didn't come to find her sooner. I just hope after Lola dies she doesn't try to take Lexi away from Ben and Callum.
She had to run for her life. Seen it before. Look at what happened to Chantelle.

As if Ben a good parent himself !! He neglected his daughter for 7 years in her life, the only one who can be trusted to raise Lexi after Lola's death is Billy.
She didn’t walk out though. She was in hospital for months after he burnt her and by the time she was discharged lolas dad had moved away and took Lola with him. Also leaving an abusive relationship is very hard, especially when kids are involved. Taking your kids with you is easier said than done
@forza cmo He's no saint either. He abused Jamie so he isn't perfect. Phil a No No aswell. I think Lexi would be better off with her Nan. It depends if the actress who plays Lexi is leaving or not. She might not want to stay when Lola leaves.
