I Grew Up With This Version Of Mk2. The Snes Version May Have Been The Superior 16Bit Mk2 But I Was More Attached To This Genesis Version. The 6Button Controller Was Always Recommended For This Game But I Found Cage’S Combos More Fun To Pull Off With The 3Button Controller. I’M A Sega Genesis Kid And This Game Is Still One Of The Best On The Old Sega Genesis.
I also prefer the SNES-port in every aspect but I played the Megadrive-port very often in my childhood, MK2 is still a timeless game, I really love the classic MKs!
Anyone knows the list of all the moves Johny Cage can do and what buttons u have to press to perform them? I've been stuck trying to beat the game on Super Easy with 30 credit and still can't succeed
Sense I made this comment I have found out how to perform most moves but can't perform the energy ball he through, I have completeted the game on very easy only

MK2 is much better on the SNES. MK1 may be better on the Megadrive because the SNES-MK1 has a 0.2sec. input-lag (Megadrive: 0.1sec.), altered fatalities and no blood - just sweat (or dust?). But it honestly looks and sounds also better than on the Megadrive... MK3 and UMK3 is a tie, it's made by the same companies on both consoles and you need a six button-controller for your Megadrive to play them correctly!

If I recall, Sculptured Software did the SNES MK1 and, thanks to Nintendo, look how that went
