This is so well done and I wish I could work with foam board as well as You do but I can’t because my scoliosis has given me nerve damage and I can’t cut straight and press hard enough unfortunately. I adore this work; the bed, windows, bedding, carpet and how You made the lamps. Very cute.

Thank you so much for sharing your talent, creativity and dimensions so that we can try to make them at home! I had a question. Sometimes the printouts default to 100% and sometimes they default to "scale to fit page." Should I just print as it defaults or set it to 100% each time? Thank you so much to you and your mom! What a lovely team you make!
Boy I’m not sure. Some of the files were created in illustrator and some were created in photoshop so I think that’s where the differences comes in. I make everything go through photoshop now so I don’t have that problem but some of the old files are that way. If you do scale to fit I think it stretches the image so that’s probably not the best setting.

Beautiful room!! How do you cut so perfectly? Do you recommend a particular tool to cut the foam easily? Mine cuts are never as neat or straight. You both are so talented :)
I alway use a utility Knife and a clear ruler. I also have a big pack of new blades because as soon as the blade is dull it starts shredding the foam board.
This is awesome! Do you think if I printed it at 150% the bed template would work for an 18 inch doll?
I’m not sure I’ve never tested that size. But it’s probably worth a try 😄👍

We always cover them with strips of paper.

Why doesn't your foam board warp when you paint it?
Doubling up the foam board helps it not wrap. But I've also noticed that not all foam board is well made. The stuff from the dollar store seems to be cheeper made. I find it at Walmart for the same price but its a better product.
I printed out the bed pattern, but it's too small. Are you supposed to size it up when printing out? If so, how much?
If it isn’t printing at the right scale try upping the scale percent, so instead of 100% try 110%or 120%
