You should get from dollar tree a silicone make up spatula to help hold stuff with the hot glue it cuts down on burning your fingers.

I made it yesterday and it came out beautifully! I had trouble fitting the pieces together, but that is because I cut the seat too big, with the fabric pattern, and then the fabric too short (my mistake). I used 2 different fabrics, to put contract to all the back. I did a Ralph Lauren style, as that is what I like for elegant living rooms. I am planning on doing another in a more feminine style, to go with shabby chic, as that is what I love for bedrooms. Thank you so much for sharing. I wish I could upload a picture of mine so you could see it.

Just to be clear, you print the templates straight from the download, no adjusting sizes? What is the finished size of the couch? I've made the bed and starting on the nitestands and they are fabulous.
No you shouldn’t need to adjust anything.

I'm making this sofa with my granddaughter, but we don't know where the strip of foam board came from that your placing on the back of the sofa. Is it on the pattern and I'm missing it? Is it a double layer of foam board or single?
It’s a single strip of 1/2 inch foam board. Sorry for not explaining it better.
If you wanted to do a smaller scale do you just print out the pattern but smaller? I was thinking you would be wanted to make sure for a dollhouse.
Yeah, I’m sure it would. When your in your print settings normally there’s an option to pick what scale you print.

I love the couch! I just tried it last night and I noticed as I followed along with the video my pieces look smaller compared to your pieces. What is the width of the sofa?
My finished sofa is 9 1/4” by 4”

I think most of the clothes I've used for the Stacie doll have come from grab bags a the thrift store.

what scale is your furniture? Is it 1:12? it looks bigger than 1:12
Barbie is a 1:6 scale. I haven't tried it yet but if you print my patterns at 50% scale I think you'd end up with 1:12.
