It actually makes sense considering the time frames involved and how quickly they were standing up the RDF that they would have relied on member governments. I could easily imagine that the UK would have been operating one or more Prometheus or Deadalus class carriers and would have named her the Ark Royal. Great video. Run the little text bits for a bit longer, hard to read them as they flash by. Very funny idea that there were British VTs, but I expect there could have been. Very creative and well executed. You ever want to animate one of my stories, I would love it.
Love the grounded military foundation. I'm not familiar so much with British military platform designations. What does the S in SVF (fixed wing) stand for in the squadron designation? Love what you're doing.
Is that squadron liveries catalogue Ata the Starr available to public?? I have the backlog closet that's itching and I'm struggling to find new liveries to paint on my various VF kits..... If anyone here has a link to such database that'd be great ! Thank you kindly.

The sound design is kind of mid. The metallic ratcheting sounds for the elevators do not match the size, scale, and mass of what we're seeing. It's sort of the sound of a draw bridge being lilfting for example. I'm not hating on the work. I really do love Macross/Robotech. It's just the weakest part of the video.
I've always wondered, was Roy Fokker's flight suit a singular design just for him? Because wouldn't Rick have gotten the same suit when he took over the Skulls?
Because these guys are idiots, and they mix the designs that were used in SDF Macross TV, which was used by Harmony Gold to create Robotech, and then they use designs from SDF Macross Do You Remember Love? movie, which was never, ever in HG's possession nor is it part of Robotech.

I invite you to search here on youtube, a video also in CGI, called Macross Skull Squadron. It is made by a single person, with great attention to detail. That is a real fan that does things with love, with knowledge of the series, and does not seek to profit above all things as this channel does.
