I respectfully disagree. I consume 100 grams per hour of sucrose (table sugar) on my bike rides. Sometimes for 5/6 hours. It’s a performance enhancing supplement and super food. I’ve also lost weight doing it.

Kefir is the best. I prefer protein more carnivore diet as its proven positive health effects are well documented. People loose weight, think clearer and heal chronic health conditions. I feel much better on high protein diet than anything else. Building blocks of every cell are protein aka amino acids.
I never thought about how it applied to kick boxing. I always thought there was a limit to bag work in pure boxing. That's where the round work comes in to save the hands.
Thanks for the advice Coach. I’m only boxing full time at the moment but thinking of coming back to Tristar one day to help round out my game and these kinds of videos only fuel my confidence in that decision.
To be honest, bag work only teaches you how to throw a punch if a teacher is watching over your shoulder and correcting your technique. I find the bag useful mostly for cardio, rhythm practice and combination work. But nobody I know that only does bag work/lessons on the bag, knows how to properly throw a punch or kick at an opponent
That could work. Especially if you imagine a double leg attack and you burpee(sprawl) as a counter and back to your feet. I occasionally burpee with on a grappling dummy. I push up off the head of the dummy. Use your imagination.
For cardio I have not found anything better than punching heavy bag or kicking. That said I was Infantry soldier and did tons of running but it's not necessary for better endurance and cardio proven when I broke my foot and used stationary bike, row machine and elliptical and got same run time 2 miles as prior to breaking my foot. Lifting medium weight to heavy 10 reps or so with 30 seconds between sets and do whole body with 4 sets per body part.

The best workout for calorie burns is the one that burns the most calories. If you run lightly for an hour vs 2 sprints, you’ll burn more on light running. If you do 10 all out sprints, and jog lightly for 20 mins, you’ll burn more calories on the sprints
Sprinting is superior for multiple reasons. It burns roughly the same amount of calories in shorter time, increases testosterone and hgh, increases fat loss cause of the latter, improves explosiveness, and you can work on both your aerobic and anaerobic capacity if you extend the duration.
Coach, with your herniated disc healing up, do you ever feel any slight arm pain? Is this just something you have to accept and still train while slightly being in 1/10 pain? Dealing with a herniated disc. Want to see how you’re doing.
Working to get into fighting shape is for a professional fighter, but until your their you need to be a freak athlete, because in combat, fitness will carry you. So if your not as skilled, you must be as fit as you could be.... how about just own a gun.....

The rules of armed conflict, and the definition of crimes against humanity, plus the list of war criminal perpetrations has been taken off line!!!! Raise awareness to get it put back up online. Get carbs from fruit baby. Ive tested both no carbs (keto) and carbs.... please stick to eating carbs, eat a wholesome smoothie and use kefir.

What about a burpees as interval training? 5-10 burpees on the minute every minute for 20 minutes. Something like that.

In my gym we basically do that but it’s a sprawl instead basically similar movement anyway

Best exercise for burning calories? Steady state or sprints?
Steady state
The best workout for calorie burns is the one that burns the most calories.
Sprints are overall more versatile but steady state cardio has its purposes.
They both are very viable options, do the one that works for you and compliments your other training regimen.

Dealing with a herniated disc. Want to see how you’re doing.
They say fighting and martial arts is 90% mental. These coaches can’t teach that so they focus all your energy on the 10%
that’s just false people who are confident win and people who are scared win its 90 precent skill and physical and 10 precent mental
