Since all such classes of living entities are part and parcel of the Supreme Lord, one who has surrendered to the Lord’s service has no need to serve such persons separately.

For married girls, Pitru puja is done by her husband. When a married man is offering Pitru puja in that there is a share of offering for wife's parents. Hence a married women need not do it separately. Hare Krishna!
