It's a bit more compounded by the fact that speed and momentum can and does take a character far. It makes gain bar MUCH easier via Grind... With Wald, he has a hard time simply getting started and moving around, and his Grind gauge suffers for it greatly. Which means that he can't really use Gnd Vorpal or CS all that well... and that helps with the damage and bar gain.

Everybody in the game isn't OP. The S-Tiers are Yuzuhira, Carmine, and Hilda (at least, last time I checked; Merkava might also be up there). It just looks like everybody is OP because the game is incredibly combo heavy and there are some infinites floating around out there.
Most of the characters outside of S-tiers are pretty balanced even though a couple of them have some moves that are pretty dumb (like Vatista's DP).

i really doubt they do not have the money to put it on psn xbl (thx to the arcades $).it got to be the arcades owners holding them back.
remember we didnt see TK6 for YEARS after it was released on arcades in Jp.
they are even fewer now and yet keep on killing that part of the industry: i lost interest into TK6 after years of watching it on the net.
with blurry over the shoulder cams at times.
I don t even want to hear about that unib anymore unless for it to be comingon consoles. why bother?
