The S20 FE has been with me since I think around February 2021, it's a very good phone, I use it for Photography, but the battery is not that good for me, it only lasts 3 - 4 hours of on screen time. Right now I'm upgrading from S20 FE to S22 Ultra considering the price and the specs
You ever try turning down the screen refresh rate? It makes a world of a difference. It won't affect your photos since it's just a static frame, plus your videos in 60FPS still look amazing. Your everyday battery life will benefit.
the s20fe battery is terrible. I spend 25% of battery during a normal day with the S23 Ultra. I spent 70% of battery with the S20 FE. I'm a light user.

My biggest issue with the S20 FE is the very bad camera lag. Everytime I open the camera it lags very bad, especially video. I have to wait quite a while before it's ready to shoot. It seems to use a lot RAM as all my apps close out including Spotify too smh
I had the same thing. I thought it was just me. It's also annoying when you flip the camera when recording
Yes that is very true but mine lags on photo mode and its true that the camera app takes too much ram cause whenever I go to my previous app it starts over

Use a SD kaart dont shoot on Intern memory
Only reason I stopped using my 20FE, I managed to get my hands on a Fold 3 for $300.
Hoping to trade in both for the fold 5 later on.

Both are great phones and s20 fe is bang for bucks and better than a midrange phone
I'm S20FE use rand the only problem I started to have is battery life after 3 years of usage.
I'm thinking to upgrade to S23Fe but I really don't sure if it's worth it or not.

S 23 ultra is both of them are nice tho if your on a budget s 20 fe is better

The base model for the s23 Ultra is 256gb not 128gb
I have the FE , colors are not very accurate had to go in white balance and make a lot of changes.

the s23 ultra isnt good for its value . i got it and video stutters and the performance is the same as snapdragon 855 (thats one below the s20 fe processor)

Some time ago I changed S20 FE Snapdragon for Note 10 Plus Exynos and never was frustrated. Only camera worse than S20Fe camera, but it was Exynos version. Snapdragon version has smoother camera.
If you are not comparing S20 FE with expensive flagships back to back you'll never notice that it's not flawless. It's great phone.

I upgraded as well to the s23 ultra from the 20fe. Night and day in my opinion. The 20fe seems slow as hell

Lost my s20 fe and got a s23 ultra and it's not all that much of an upgrade. Not worth it IMO.
