how fast does the Leon change gear using paddles?

I have recently bought myself a matching model as the one in the video, and I can say that while paddle shifting in normal D mode, its smooth quite quick, the sport settings shift paddles are snappy, fast and sports like, but I prefer it to be smooth with a 2L engine under the hood :)
