UCA Natural Slides Trombone Ensemble at ITF 2018

The UCA Natural Slides performs at the 2018 International Trombone Festival. The selections include Apogee Fanfare by Chris Sharpe, Ave Maria by Franz Biebl, Blue Topaz by Tommy Pederson and featuring Brian Hecht, Passage: Sempri Avanti by Joseph Spaniola, and Passacaglia by Allen Chase. The group is under the direction of Dr. Justin Cook.

The Apogee Fanfare was a good opener. I really like the dynamics, especially the soft in the lower parts. It would be OK to take a little more liberty with tempo in the Ave Maria, IMHO. The playing was beautiful.
