The cameras can produce an image without ( or minimum) Noise at Sensors' Base ISO (say, 100), both for Stills and Video.
While exposing with Log profile (in Video), it's base ISO has to be made to a higher number (say, 640). The reason -- it can recover details on the Shadow-portion.
During exposing Log, you need to expose at +0.3 to +0.7 EV. Thus, the Noise, although present, would not be visible.
Correct me, if I am wrong, sir.
