This was one the best tracks out of that whole trancey D&B wave from around 2001 to 2004. John B, Concord Dawn and such. I always had a soft spot for it.
Some of it did for me, Accidental Heroes (Sonic and Silver) had some big tunes, but some of it was a little cheesy with the big house buildups, but they would go off (Rocket Launcher for instance was even on Virus Recordings).
this tune is completely different, the build-up just has a biiiit similar vibes to it - just like many other tracks in detroi techno, acid techno, electro etc at that time
@@princessnicotine It is the beat of the bass at 3:01 Snowdome - Murdoch Most Foul that is similar to the bass guitar rhythm starting at 2:01 In solarize. I did not say it is completely the same. Many drum & bass tunes are inspired by old house, techno and acid tunes.
One of those tracks we heard back then and thought "the future is now". This is more "future" than most of today's EDM.
I can remember Andy C opening with this tune in the the same set he first played Body Rock for the first time!! Unreal
The future was 1994 too.

This was an absolute banger and floor killer in the D & B rooms at So Cal raves when it came out. This track is timeless.
Dj Craze United Dj's of America Vol 16, 2000. ...The memories that go with this track are absolutely priceless.

@@synthesis12 hatiras spaced invader absolutely demolished dancefloors back in the day, 1 bar of the buildup and it was game over
This is a rip off of a 1994 tune, listen half way through, it is an improvement on the 1994 version.
