    Only Robots and machines follow pattern. Human beings follow only their feelings. Only feelings and inner hunch guides a person. To feel the self feelings and Inner hunch you should have that sensitivity. To have that sensitivity you should always be happy irrespective of your external surrounding. Hope it is understood

    You say "right food at the right time", and then you say "eat whatever you want, but with consistency". Unga speech laye consistency illaye Mahatria.
    Consistently eating what's bad for you will only lead to bad effects. Also we need to think of consistency in the evolutionary biological level. For 99% of 200,000 year human history, humans hadn't been eating the foods we have been eating today. They had no breakfast cereal, they had no concentrated sugars, they didn't use simple 3 ingredient fertilizers even when they started farming 12000 years ago. We need to be consistent with what the human body has evolved to process.
    As Health Coaches, we're seeing teens and young adults with diabetes, pre-diabetes and at the least 3 in 4 people have some level of insulin resistance. The one thing most people are doing correctly is eating on time, because their hunger strikes on time. They haven't been eating the right foods when it strikes. So just plain consistency won't make things better.
    I love spending Sunday mornings with you. But this video will do more harm than good. Hope you give this some thought 🙏🏼
