In what place have you had the best coffee in your experience? For me it was Japan (best coffee on average across Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka) with an honorable mention for NYC (highest highs and the lowest lows in terms of coffee) and Amsterdam.
Great question! I've found most places with a reputation for coffee culture generally fail to live up to it! My best espresso and coffee experiences have been at good local indy shops in the USA. That said, I've never been to Amsterdam or Paris. I had good coffee experiences in Berlin!
