Oooh, Sunday Morning Storytime! AND the 100th updoot! Keep at it, guys - roped in three new listeners this week for the most Under-watched Pod on the Net! Thank you for showing us the Path! They're already peeing on 5e's grave!
So, I love this type of info dump. I own the AV books and PDF, but to have Jon explain so much of the lore is absolutely great. I can tell the AV Club that there is so much info, and unique errata in those tomes, that I can only imagine how many hours Jon has wrapped up in reading and prep. Thanks for this episode, it clears up several questions that I had.
We've heard plenty of Arden, and now a bit more about Vul. Most of the time she's hailed as THE HERO, while he's kind of just a companion. I'm really curious for the party to find out more about him.
Ted got excited about the aspect of the Great Villains book with the destruction of the city. I got interested in the mention of Pulcher being accompanied and aided by a witch. Who would have been seen and know the empire at its height. Maybe she goes by another name now.
Thanks for great breakdown guys! Although, the Zachs are the best! just saying lmao David, your library of books idea is great!! It sounds like magic item construction time!
I know, I know. Comments that correct pronunciation are only slightly worse that ones that just say "First!". BUT you did ask! Tyro = TIE-roh, and since you now have me on a roll: Praetor = PRIE-tor or PREE-tor (only two syllables) Areopagite = ar-ee-OPP-uh-ghyte (a hard G sound and accented on the antepenult -- it's Greek) Sorry. I had to get that out of my system. I'll go back to enjoying the show now. :)

Didn't expect this to come out so quick. Have to fight the urge to listen while editing some new Arden Vul material...stay on target...stay on target!

It has been a long time coming, Jon can finally put that old worn record "ya know you have some books, right?" back on the shelf!
Love me a tack-on FX! A whole lot of info in those books, very nice!
That was quick!

This is screaming out for the Always Sunny meme with Charlie in front of the photo board and connecting lines of string going everywhere.

I've also done DTL my bedtime audio quite a number of times indeed 😅
Just what I needed before bed!
The one in which Jon reveals he thinks JFK was slain by an alien or some such, but not the "story we have been told" 🤔

Tbh, I used episodes as good night stories once or twice. 😉
It's me!
