First time I ever went to a chiropractor, I cried when he was finished, it was such a release! My hips were out of place, and my right shoulder was 2" higher than the left one, and I hurt all over. I left the office walking straight and feeling so much better!
I don't think I need anything as intense as here, but a really good massage would be nice. A week of sitting on my bed to work on my laptop instead of at my desk (which has sharp edges that dig into my wrists and the chair isn't adjustable, nor does it lock the back so I can't lean back in it) has left me with really bad back pain. Now when I stand for a few minutes, my lower back really hurts. I feel myself tensing there and I can't manage to make myself stop. I put my weight on my right foot, because it hurts a little more standing on my left, but both are bad. I can stretch and I do that, and maybe I should do some more, but this is getting worrying. Also doesn't help that the floors of my apartment, especially the kitchen, are uneven, lol. I feel the pain the most standing in there.

Good point. To get a good stretch, stand with feet shoulder qwerty, and reach up with both hands. Keep reaching for 8-10 seconds, then, bend over forward and try to touch your toes, but once bent over, hang. Don't force it. Repeat that at least 5 times. You'll be able to place your palms flat on the floor! And you'll feel better, and get your blood circulation up! Good luck!!

Be careful when seeing a chiropractor. Cracking your neck needs to be done by a licensed chiropractor because you can tear the vessels in your neck causing a stroke and possibly death. The incidence of bad outcomes increases if the person cracking is not SPECIFICALLY trained to crack necks. Thankfully it is a rare complication but be aware and educated that it can happen😮.
I have a basilar aneurysm it’s nicknamed the “lights out aneurysm” and a rare but very dangerous aneurysm. There are very few experts in this aneurysm (6 in the nation last i checked) They are extremely dangerous and many people like me are killed when their necks are manipulated like that. It’s because many people aren’t aware they have it and It is a big reason why people with my aneurysm die. It causes the aneurysm to burst and when that happens the chances of getting to someone who can help is very slim. Be very very careful having your neck “cracked”. It’s not completely safe. There are a lot of complications from this, not just my type of aneurysm.

It helped me with my movement disorder called Dystonia until I got a Deep Brain Stimulator implant. Now an Android device wired to a pacemaker battery pack that leads 12 wires into my brain does the job. Dystonia is a rare movement disorder. I was born with it which is even more rare.

Airsofter here. Yes airsoft bbs may be less dangerous than paintballs BUT airsoft bbs can puncture skin and break teeth so it is Important to keep all facial surfaces covered as well as full seal eye protection.
