Hey, thank you for the question. It depends on if there is a guarantee of 36 billable hours... You may want to ask what do each of the insurance companies they will get you credentialed with pay and calculate the math on what your bottom line of income would be and if they can guarantee a certain amount of clients... You may want to also ask about slow seasons within the practice and what can be done to not be impacted during slow seasons.... Again, when you say make money it depends on the pay outs, what you consider to be money, how many clients can they guarantee and how hard you want to work... I hope that helps.... If they are a cash pay based practice this too also impacts if the 55/45 split makes sense.... On top of if you have additional certifications that matter for your community such as EMDR, Play etc...
