This has been great. I suppose I was lucky enough to find a whole new wheel hub on rock auto with bearing. But the additional information of a new nut and cap was helpful. Thanks for the video!

The very first piece that you destroyed when you pried it off the drum (@3:08) was the water seal carrier that the rubber bearing seal on the spindle rides on. I see you did not replace it which will allow water/dirt to get into your new bearing. The water seal carrier is easily removed from the drum - without damage - by gently prying with a small flat blade screwdriver _from the inside and underneath_ it - not from the outside like you did.

Yes I did destroy it. It was replaced before installation. It doesn't show it there but if you watch the other side video (maybe posting at a later date) you'll see the replacement of that seal. I realized during editing it wasn't filmed. i hope this video helps. feel free to like and subscribe for more & if you can, please help the channel out by giving a super thanks. Why didn't you buy the drum with installed wheel bearing combination? Its only about 20 bucks more and the time savings alone is worth it. I've done three of these and you can do one side in 20 minutes with no cussing.

I know right I could not find one whatsoever. Ford could special order them but they wanted a ton of money for it. If you know where to find it shoot me a link and I will put it in the description for everyone else
